EXPERIENCE

Project Management/Design: Commercial/office, warehouse, multifamily, retail facilities, metal building foundations, and seismic strengthening of existing buildings.

Educational Facilities Design: Engineered / managed design work for a 4 story dormitory, 2 story student housing, maintenance buildings, classrooms, and an administration building.  Facilities located at George Fox University and Multnomah Bible College, Oregon.

Existing Building Observation/Assessment: Performed a variety of engineering observation and inspections for buildings owners, occupants, and buyers.  Building types include residential structures, office buildings, warehouses, retail facilities, and apartment complexes.

Light Gauge Steel Design:  Designed and/or managed the design of many light gauge metal exterior cladding projects.  The projects completed consist of many schools (i.e. Central High School, Silverton High School), a baseball stadium in Tacoma, and Oregon College of Art and Craft.
