EXPERIENCE

New Construction: New fire stations, school gym, metal building foundation, commercial (office and warehouse spaces), retaining walls, and residential up to 5 stories (single/multifamily), and a new one

story wood framed school building.

 

Existing Remodel/Tenant Improvements: Commercial remodels include roof reinforcement for HVAC units, mezzanines, and additions. Tenant improvements include Silverton High School and two breweries. Residential remodels include additions, decks, and retaining walls. Seismic upgrades include commercial, residential, and public utility buildings, ASCE 41 assessments for school buildings and FEMA P154 Rapid Visual Screening of school buildings.
